Forcechat

An easy to use plugin that can force chat on players!

Commands:
/forcechat <player> <message> (to force commands, use a / beforce the message!)
/forcechat reload

permission:
forcechat.use

Config:

 # The aliases for the command (the main command is always 'forcechat')
