Easy to use plugin which allows you to force people to perform any command or make them say something in the chat.
Usage: /fsay <player> <command/text>
Usage: /forcesay <player> <command/text>
Commands are given with the slash (/) in the <command/text> label. Anything without the / will be seen as a chat message.
Permission to use the command: forcesay.use
