Forgetful Trial Vault

Lets players reset Trial Chamber Vaults for reuse. If the Trial spawners can reset, why not vaults too? This gives players a way to farm heavy cores for maces.

Fixed a bug where players can bypass the delay on a fresh new vault if they spammed keys on a vault, allowing them to double dip before the delay registers and sets in.
