Fourteen
Made this plugin after seeing Skeppy's latest video saying he wants a plugin to spam 14 in chat when a staff member use the command "/14".

Skeppy talked about this plugin idea in the minute 7:12 to 7:24 in the video below

Commands:
/14 or /fourteen: spams the chat with the defined message in the config for the defined times in config!
/14 reload or /fourteen reload: Reloads the config!

Permissions:
Configurable but the default permission is "fourteen.use".

Command Messages:
Configurable, but the default are:
No permission!
Unknown argument!
Done!
Reloaded!

Spammed Message:
Configurable, but the default is: "14"
Have an option to have random color codes for them under the option rainbow (disabled by default).
Possible to set delay for the entire command (for everything in the command not the message delay).

Spammed Message Variables:
%counter% return to the count of the messages that is sent.
%sender% return the user who executed the spam command.
%player% return to the user who is sending the message.

You may use this plugin as you want you may change the code or whatever you do with it for personal use, just don't redistribute unless you have changed it by a lot or it was broken and you fixed it when I am inactive just give me credits.
