Commands:

• /customchat reload <config / player>
• /customchat set <group> <prefix / namecolor / chatcolor> <parameter>

Permissions:

• CustomChat.use
• CustomChat.group.%group% (Replace %group% to your Chat Group)

Default Groups:

• Admin
• Moderator
• Supporter
• VIP
• Default (Default Group for User without Permission's, so don't remove this Group)

Sounds:
You can change the Chatsound for the Groups
Location Parameters:

• 
  
  
  • all_players (Plays the Sound for all online players)
  • near_players (Plays the Sound for players in a
    certain radius
  • player (Plays the Sound for the player who write something in the Chat)

To disable it use the SoundType "false"
