/rtdnc on -> Active RTDNC
/rtdnc off -> Unactive RTDNC
Permission:
"rtdnc" -> Required to execute /rtdnc command
Config:

computeDelay : 1 Changelog:
- Fix -> Null pointer exception when plugin disable
- Added 2 commands and 1 permission -> Can now unactive RTDNC
- First resource upload -> basic plugin -> cannot unactive RTDNC
