How to set up/install:
- Download the resource
- Edit the parts with "<!-- ENTER YOUR CUSTOM DATA HERE -->" in the header tag to your liking
- In the index.html go to line 38 and replace the "your-server.net" with your domain
- Change the rest of the text on the sites to your liking
Note: When adding or removing elements from the "gamemode slider" and you want the element to have it's own indicator you'll have to add/remove an indicator near line 78 with the corresponding index.
