/referaccept <code> - Confirm a player's referral
/referstat - Shows FriendReferral statistics
/refercheck - Check for updates
Permissions
refer.default - Allows access to basic commands (/refer and /referaccept)
refer.* - Allows access to all commands.
refer.init - Permission to /refer a player
refer.confirm - Permission to confirm a referral.
refer.stat - Permission to check the FriendReferral statistics (/referstat)
refer.update.check - Permission to check for updates (/refercheck)
