Friends

Added Features: There is now a friends chat, use the command "/friends chat" to toggle this on or off. While friends chat is on, you can chat in the normal chat to send messages to your friends, to need to use a command, just use the chat. Clean Code: The skript has been cleaned up a lot, it works smoother. You only need to edit one "no permission message", for some reason I had 3 running doing the same thing. Fixed Code: If the toggle and blocked features were set to "false" they could still be used. If you tried blocking a player without the permission, it would tell you "you cannot send this player a request".
