G_BlockCommand

Hello!

This is my first officially release plugin, if you find any bugs or missing features please let me know.

This plugin gives you the option to create groups and assign blocked commands to them, the groups are based on hierarchy where group 2 inherits from group 1, group 3 inherits from group 2 and group 1, etc. (you do have the option to make commands not be inherited as explained in the Guide.txt).

This plugin is almost fully configurable by only using commands (v1.6)
