Use /gambler to open a GUI to buy tickets!
Permission is: gambler.gamble
Then when you right click your ticket, it gives a random amount of money!
This plugin use Essentials to take money and give money. But, it will work with any plugin that uses /eco take <player> <amount> and /eco give <player> <money>
