Give Anything Listener [GAL] Monthly Vote Reset

This will delete all of your servers GAL.db files, copy the hub's GAL.db with the correct month and year, then delete it. After that it will run the command /gal reload in your server's console to refresh the new databases.

The run this automatically every 1st of the month run
crontab -e
then put the following in there
0 0 1 * * /scriptsdirectory/resetvotes.sh\
