Make the console execute a specific command, replacing %player% with the player's name. If you have a plugin that doesn't have a giveall command but you want to run giveaways involving all online players: This plugin is perfect for you.

/GA // View all subcommands
/GA Reload // Reload the config

giveall.use // Permission to start givealls
giveall.reload // Permission to /GA Reload
