Giveall - Give everyone the item in your hand!

( NOTE: This plugin should work with later versions too, just only tested on 1.8.8)
Created this simple plugin for my server to allow an admin to give everyone the item in their hand with cool sounds and broadcast message.

Commands:
/giveall - Gives everyone the item in your hand with sounds and broadcast.
/giveall reload - Reloads the config file.

Permissions:
- giveall.use (permission for both commands)
