1.2Let players create their own ItemGiveAway (with Permission)
Every Player can create a GiveAway with a single command:
Commands:
/giveaway <time> - GiveAway the Item in your hand in <time> minutes, to a random player who joined the giveaway!
/join <player> - Join the GiveAway of a player
Permission:
giveaway.create - Create a giveaway
