GiveItem | Specific/ALL (Replacement for DPs)

This skript gives you the ability to do GiveAlls, with the
item in hand, or GiveSpecifics with the item in your hand.

Command usage :
/ giveitem <all/specific> <time in seconds>
All - Gives everyone on the server the item in hand after <time in seconds> seconds.
Specific - Gives 1 person on the server randomly, the item in hand.

Permission Node : GiveItem.Admin
