Glower
Purpose: The intent was for donators to be able to have a glow around their bodies.

Requirements: Java 8, GlowAPI, PacketListenerAPI

Features:

• Permission based color access
• Default basic colors
• Blinking colors
• Special colors: CHRISTMAS & RAINBOW

Commands:

• /glow toggleview - Toggles your view of other players' glows.
• /glow list - Lists your colors.
• /glow <color> - Sets your glow color. 'none' is off.

Permissions:
Customizeable in config.yml
