Accrued claim blocks changed to bonus (there was some bug with it) (thanks Tygo and Stormi)

Player can no longer send claim blocks to itself. Claim block value in command can be now only number. Fixed bug where claim blocks were not taken from sender but added to target anyway. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CONFIG (thanks Tygo for report)
