FEATURES 2.0 Pull yourself in the direction of the fishing rod's hook, like a grappler. There is a cooldown in seconds that can be modified. This cooldown can prevent players from abusing this to fly around. Use a command to give a player the grappler. The grappler has a custom name to differenciate from the normal fishing rod. COMMANDS /grappler cooldown <integer> = Set the cooldown to an integer, 0 to deactivate the cooldown /grappler <player> = Give the specified player the grappler PERMISSIONS /grappler cooldown <integer> = grappler.admin /grappler <player> = grappler.admin VERSION This plugin should work fine for any spigot server.
