Send messages on join to players based off of ranks! There is only one command /gnreload and it's permission is gnr.reload. To set up simply edit the config like so

message: This is a message displayed on admin player join

message: This is a timed message repeating every 5 minutes to admins!
delay: 1
period: 5
You can set colors using $ as the color code character so $0 should be black
This plugin has one dependency which means you must install it with or before installing Group Notifier! The dependency is Vault
