How to install:
1) download jar
2) put it in your plugins directory
3) restart the server OR load it with PlugMan
4) enjoy GroupAppointerPEX

Commands:
To give a player access to all below commands, give them gmp.*

Type /gmp in chat for help
permissions:
gap.<command>
or
gap.*
