I was really disappointed when the Corals appeared, but had no ability to regenerate, or especially to GROW! So, I fixed this problem!
The plugin does NOT affect naturally spawning Corals. But, if you go and mine them (don't forget your silk touch pickaxe!) you can place a Coral Block, and then attach a Coral Fan to the sides or top of the Coral Block, and it will grow.
Now - the other qualifier here, is that the colors have to match! (so, if you don't want a Coral to Grow, place non-matching colored Fans onto the Coral Blocks).
Sometimes, it grows a single block, and statistically, it may never do anything... and once in a while, some 50+ block coral will grow up into the water!
