I try to do what I can to protect my players, but XP is one of those that is hard to build back up, and (apparently) heartbreaking when you lose it. Haha.
So, take a CAULDRON, and craft it with 4 LAPIS_BLOCKs. You get an "GTExperienceCauldron"! Use it (right-click) to Store your XP in it, and then you can do it again to get it all out. IE: If you have some XP, it adds to the Cauldron... if you don't have any, it gives you what is stored in the cauldron.
