[GUI!] mGPS

After the update, if a player enters the /gps command, they no longer receive a message in the chat, but instead open a GUI menu if at least one point has been created. New commands have also been added: · /gps reload - for reloading the configuration (permission: mGPS.reload) · /gps help - for displaying a help message. And the following bugs have been fixed: · Fixed an issue where a player would receive chat messages if they dropped the compass and then came to the point.
