HANDCUFFS
This skript allows you to get working handcuffs to roleplay as a policeman in minecraft.

Features:
Customize everything about the Handcuffs, obtain the keys for each player, add and remove handcuffs, change the prefixes and more!
Everything is documented in the skript file.
Requirements:
SkRayFall 1.9.25 (for mc 1.12 - 1.16.5)
SkRayFall latest version (for mc 1.19)
Commands:
/handcuff | handcuff.receive | Global permission to access the command /handcuff. Any player with this permission can obtain handcuffs and keys for other handcuffed players.
/handcuff <player> | handcuff.receive | Same command as the above, but only add the argument to receive keys instead for an handcuffed player. Useful in case you loose someone's handcuffs keys.
/handcuffdebug | handcuff.debug | Empties all the variables. Erases all the active cards, making them unusable. Only use this for debugging. Give the permission only to staff.
