HandTorchLight

Added - Copper Torch support: copper torches now light up the area when held (light level 14). - Configuration file: a config.yml is automatically generated in plugins/HandTorchLight/. You can now enable or disable the plugin, change the tick rate, adjust the light level of each torch, and add any other light-emitting item (lanterns, glowstone, end rods, etc.) without recompiling. - In-game reload command: /handtorchlight reload (or /htl reload) applies configuration changes instantly, no restart needed. - Admin permission: handtorchlight.admin is required to use the reload command. Fixed - Tall grass, flowers, snow, and other non-solid blocks are no longer destroyed when the player walks through them. Light blocks are now only placed in pure air. Notes - If you are upgrading from a previous version and already have a config.yml, it will not be overwritten. Delete it and restart the server to regenerate it with the latest defaults, or edit it manually.
