Improved

- Safe `/hg reload`: recipes are cleanly removed then re-registered (no duplicate warnings). - Attribute handling hardened for 1.21.7: supports both movement_speed / flying_speed and generic.* keys, with fallbacks for max_health. - Boost reliability: enchanted snowball boost uses base value updates via /attribute; enchanted gunpowder restores vanilla bases.
