On death, users wake up from their nightmare.
The only way to defeat the dream - visit the end.
That is the original concept of the end, after all..
Once a user has ran out of hearts, they are perma dead.

Permissions:
hardcoreplus.admin - This is only for admin command access
hardcoreplus.ban_exempt - Allows players to ignore BanOnDeath
Commands:
/hardcoreplus setmax <player> <value> - Sets the max HP of target.
/hardcoreplus reload - Reloads the configuration file
/hardcoreplus disable - Disables the plugin
