You cant decompile this plugin, other than configure things, because this plugin does not have a configuration!
It will not allow you to change the gamemode, by saying 'No cheating!' (its not anything malicious because you can remove it and you can again)
If you want to spectate someone, then before installing the plugin set your own gamemode to spectator/creative!
It has many features, so i'll let you figure it out!
Some of the features does not have messages, so if anything's wrong, its probably made by the plugin!
