Hazards AntiBlockSuffocation Plugin

Just a simple lightweight plugin which teleports users when they get stuck into a block, it detects suffocation damage and cancels the damage event while checking for the safest teleport spot for the player on a Vertical Axis. This will check the Damage Cause and check if it was triggered by SUFFOCATION which is the Damage Type for Suffocation by Blocks. This will not affect Swimming (Drowning) as the Damage Type for Drowing is "Drowning", not "Suffocating".
