HCF EnchantLimiter (100% Configurable)

EnchantLimiter lets you limit enchantments to your desired level. Not only that, but you can also completely remove enchantments. This type of plugin is mostly used in HCF servers, so if you own one you should definitely get this plugin!

There is only one permission in this plugin
enchantlimiter.admin - If your config file is written incorrectly, all users online with this permission will recieve a message saying '
Your BlockedEnchants section of your config file has an error! Please double check it'.
