HCLists (Velt + Arcane Style List Plugin) [1.7-1.8]

HCLists

Commands:
/list - Base command, views list
/hclist <Group> <Color Code> - Sets the group color
/hclist <Group> - Shows you the color of code assigned to the group

Permission Nodes:
hclists.list - Perm node for /list
hclists.hcl - Perm node for /hclists

Features:
Config.yml can be changed through a simple command.
Plugin works a lot smoother now, storing all group data in a class instead of accessing it from config.yml every time.

Yes, I know about the "WaterMark" when doing /hclist, thats just for me to see if a server is using my plugin ;), (I get very excited if a server is using it)

Also, if you don't like manually setting your ranks through the config file, the plugin automatically loads in ranks for you with a default color code "&7".

Also, if you have a previous version, you will have to redo your config.yml.

Hopefully a lot of hcf servers can use this simple plugin :D
