Open HDDiscord.sk with any text editor of your choice and go to the message part and edit that!
I recommend notepad++

[Jarfile] How to can I edit the Discord Link?
1) Go to plugins folder
2) Then go to HDDiscord
3) Then open the config.yml file

Then it should look like this

Then edit it to your personal liking
