Health and Food Restorer

This is the future! (maybe)

With this tool, you can restore your health up to 20HP (the default max), You can restore your food level up to 20 (default max) and you can set your food level to 2! And by doing this, I'll offer you funny messages.

Permissions:

foodandhealthrestorer.restorefood - needed to restore your food level 
foodandhealthrestorer.restorehealth - needed to restore your health level 
foodandhealthrestorer.tapeworm - to use /tapeworm /eaten & /tapeworms
