Helpop Skript [Free]

I've just started out making Skript plugins. I am new to this and let me know if it's good. If there are any errors or other stuff i could add let me know and i will happily make changes if i know how to.

Everything in this HelpOP skript is customisable for your personal liking.

Updates:
What's in version 1.0?
Version 1.0 of HelpOP had only 1 argument which allowed members to send a HelpOP message to all online staff members.

What's in version 1.1?
Version 1.1 has included a better usage command to show the player if they were typing the command wrong and how to correct it. It also has some errors that are now fixed, such as [] around the <text>

What's in version 1.2? (Not Released)
When I get around to it, I will hopefully add a timer of when a player can use HelpOP. Such as a cooldown.
