HiddenSyntaxBlocker Reloaded

HiddenSyntaxBlocker Reloaded is a plugin written with the same idea as Bukkit Hidden Syntax Blocker, but with many enhancements. It blocks commands with a colon (":") such as "/minecraft:me" or "/bukkit:msg". It improves upon Bukkit Hidden Syntax Blocker in many ways including permissions for allowing some players to use these commands, and a custom message for when players aren't allowed to use them.

Permissions:
hiddensyntaxblocker.allow.all - Allows the use of all colon commands. Essentially disables this plugin for the player concerned.
hiddensyntaxblocker.allow.<namespace> - Allows use of specific namespaces.
For example, a player with hiddensyntaxblocker.allow.bukkit could use "/bukkit:msg", but not "/minecraft:msg"

Config:
The config of this plugin is very simple. It only includes the error message sent to the player if they can't use a command. Here is the default config:

message: "&cYou do not have permission to use this!"
