Commands:
/setvtalk (player) : This command will toggle whether or not a player is chatting like a villager
permission: hmmmtalk.setvtalk
/vtalk: This command will toggle whether or not you chat like a villager
permission: hmmmtalk.vtalk
/setvsound: This command will toggle whether or not a player makes villager sounds
permission: hmmmtalk.setvsound
/vsound: This command will toggle whether or not you make villager sounds
permission: hmmmtalk.vsound
