This plugin adds a new hookah mechanic. With it, players can restore their health, but if they overdo it, they will get negative effects.
It is very simple to build a hookah. Put the glass on, and install the potion maker on it. Ready!
Negative effects are not imposed on players who are in creative mode, as well as on those players who have hookah.nonegative permission
