Hopper Filter ⇵ Vanilla-style Item Filters ⇵ 1.8.8 - 1.20.x

If the item placed in the frame doesn't have a display name or doesn't have a lore, these things won't be checked. This should allow the plugin to work with items from plugins like Ultimate Stacker.

- Plugin will now ignore cancelled events, which should allow other plugins to block the movement of items, the rotation of frames, etc. - Made it check the destination hopper instead of the initiating hopper, fixing some with items not moving through from filtered hoppers to normal ones. - Switched to HangingPlaceEvent for listening for placement of item frames.

Removed cancellation based on hopper below the tested hopper (breaks vanilla functionality) Fixed empty item frame right clicks being cancelled

Fixes error related to Hopper Minecarts
