Changes

- Grace period now works correctly — the config key was mismatched (tagGracePeriod instead of graceTime) causing the grace duration to always read as 0, and the comparison logic was inverted. Both are now fixed. - Grace period now applies to tagging — the check was previously applied to attacking losers (wrong), it now correctly blocks any tag attempt during the grace window after the potato is passed. - Current holder no longer null after server restart — the holder is now tracked by UUID and re-resolved to a live Player object on demand, so a restart mid-game no longer loses track of who holds the potato. - Current holder no longer null after reconnect — same UUID-based resolution handles players who disconnect and rejoin during an active round. - Offline holders now receive consequences — if the potato explodes while the holder is offline, their loser status is still applied immediately. Inventory clear, kill, and explosion effects are deferred and fire the next time they join the server.

Config

New config clearInvOnExplode. If true, the loser's entire inventory is cleared on explosion. If false, only the potato is removed.
