Hotbar Scrolling

This plugin will allow players to scroll through their entire inventory by using the scroll wheel or pressing 1-9.
The direction you scroll in (up/down) determines the direction the items are moved.

Commands:
/hbscr
Enables/Disables the Hotbar Scrolling.
Hotbar Scrolling is enabled by default.

/hbscr reload
Reloads the plugin.

Permissions:
hbscr.use - Allows the player to use the /hbscr command.
hbscr.reload - Allows the player to use the /hbscr reload command.

Configuration:
The plugins messages received when toggling the scrolling function on/off are completely configurable in the messages.yml file
