HoverChat

This update hooks into servers already standing prefixes and suffixes for most plugins. This plugin also automatically removes the faction tag from the chat message. If you prefer it to be there add "factiontag: true" into the config. If you encounter a plugin that is not supported please message in the discussion. (Do NOT send it in the ratings please!) If possible include what it is sending at the moment, what it should send, the plugin, and what version of bukkit/spigot you are running!
