This plugin does nothing on its own, this is for developers to use without the hassle of JSON. To use the Library look below
First initiate the class as an object:
HMUtilities hoverMessages = new HMUtilities();
Now you can use my library to create your own hoverMessages (Please note that you do not need to send a player a message for it to work, just call in the function, plug in your information and it will send the player the packet)
Also, you can use '&' in the functions as I've translated the color codes for you guys.
