I Created new Skript Called Hub Manager That Have Many options Like:
Cmd: permission: description
/maintenance | server.maintenance | Sets Maintenance.
/maintenanceb | /maintenanceb [<text>] | Sets Player Bypass.
/sethub | server.sethub | sets the hub.
/hub | None | Teleport To Hub
/ping | None | Shows The Player Ping.
/staff | None | Shows The Staff In Gui
/staffChat | None | Chat With A Staff.
/ss | server.admin | ScreenShare The Player.
