Set a hub in your minecraft server with custom messages!

Features:
-Deactivate join messages and hubtp
-All messages [including the prefix] are customizable (in the config.yml)
Commands:
/sethub - set the hub
/hub - teleport to the hub
Permissions:
Hub.set - only players with this permission or operators can set the hub
