  1. 10.1.184latestFeatures & Fixes!Jun 25, 2020
This updates introduces some changes, such as: 1. (bb5a9) (bcdad) performance & ram optimizations, with improved caching 2. (431c2) (eb7fe) fix for invisible players after teleportation This problem was reported by @GameCrashed. Sometimes, after players got teleported to the spawn/hub, they were invisible to other players. This is due to a bug in some older Spigot/CraftBukkit builds, however it can be fixed by preloading the destination chunk and giving the player an empty AIR item. The fix can be enabled via config.yml: Code (YAML): settings: fix-invisible-after-tp : true 3. (4fd71) Added the possibility to disable the "You have been teleported to Hub!" message on join, when this setting is enabled: Code (YAML): teleportation: teleport-to-hub-on-join : true To disable the message, simply set this setting to false: Code (YAML): teleportation: send-tp-message-on-join : false 4. (b26c1) (4fd71) switched to Maven The project has now been moved to Maven, so that building it does not require any particular configuration nor modification anymore. 5. (40399) Metrics updated to include new settings

To use this, you need permission: hubthat.hub.others Also, you can now set " settings.multiverse-bypass" to true if you are having problems with other plugins overwriting HubThat's behaviour! 5. 10.0.119EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! CODE REWRITE FROM SCRATCH!Mar 14, 2020
Starting from this version, v 1.0.119, HubThat's code has been completely rewritten from scratch, by using a completely new modular structure. The config.yml file has also been radically modified: the plugin now relies on a Languge file, "lang.yml", and a Configuration file, "config.yml". The two files are structured in a completely different way than before, but the conversion will be handled automatically by the plugin. As you can see, the versioning scheme has also been modified. This is to make it clearer that the plugin is not in line with its previous versions, but rather an evolution of them. The substantial plugin features are the same as before, but there are great performance and stability improvements. For example, some classes have been reduced from almost 1000 lines to about 200. Thanks to this new system, bugs are also much more easy to fix and less likely to happen. New (little) features included with this update are: - an improved / worldlist, now showing the world type, the number of players, and the world difficulty. - a new permission to allow the "/hubthat help" command: hubthat.help, which was allowed with no way of prevention before; - a lightweight, async update checker that does not put the server's stability at risk like it unfortunately happened before. The code I was using up until version 8.2 was the really outdated one I developed back in 2014 - more than 6 years ago. I have had great improvements since then, and rewriting this all again felt like a new fresh start, which I really needed. Thank you all for following me in such a long journey!

  7. 8.1Important bugfix and performance improvements!Aug 13, 2019
Players were not being teleported to the hub on join despite " tp-hub-on-join" being set to true in the config.yml file. This was due to the YamlConfiguration being loaded before the hub is set and never reloaded again. There also was a lag-delay in /spawn and /hub command that should be fixed now.

  8. 8.0Many, important new features!Jun 2, 2019
Highly requested features have been added: · You can now decide to set joining players' gamemode to your liking. Set "set-gamemode-on-join" to true and then "gamemode" to 0, 1, 2 or 3 based on the decided gamemode. · You can now enable world-based chat: set "world-related-chat" to true and players in worlds that share the same spawn will be able to chat all together, while chat from other worlds will be hidden. · The plugin now relies on bStats to collect minimal data about the usage of the plugin. All the collected data is completely anonymous and non traceable to the single servers nor individuals. This data helps me a lot to keep the plugin bug-free and up to date. You can always opt out by setting bStats/config.yml:enabled to false.

  9. 7.31.6 BugfixMay 29, 2019
Fixed a bug that prevented the spawn from being set in 1.6-1.6.4 versions of Bukkit/Spigot. (Technical explanation: createNewFile() method was not creating missing directories in the file path, as it now uses to do in most recent versions.)

  10. 7.2Bugfixes and Compatibility Update!May 29, 2019
Updated the code to work with the most recent version of Bukkit/Spigot (1.14.2), keeping compatibility with older versions (tested up to 1.6.4): · Fixed the updates checker code, that was broken due to a removed library in Bukkit/Spigot 1.14+. Bugfixes and improvements: · Fixed the /spawn <world_name> command, that was not working. · Updated and optimized the updates checker code, now secured with HTTPS/SSL connection. · Fixed permissions: spawn and hub commands are now given by default to all users, while other commands are only given to ops, unless told differently by a permissions plugin.

  11. 7.0Added Respawn Handler Feature & Small BugfixJun 26, 2017
Hi guys. I don't think this is a good feature, because HubThat needs to teleport players to the correct location when they die (e.g. if you decide that your server is a minigames server, when a player dies he should be teleported to the hub; if you want it to be a factions server, when a player dies he should be teleported to you factions spawn). But because a lot of you requested me to add the possibility to disable the respawn handler (because you had problems with Multiverse, etc), I decided to make it possible. So there you have this thing. Plus, I fixed the "You moved! Teleportation cancelled" prefix bug. In fact, default [HT] was shown instead of chosen one. Thanks for your support. Thanks if you'll reccomend my plugin to anyone. See you soon

  14. 6.5Updater Delay Fixed!Jan 11, 2017
There was a really big problem with the updater. It was causing a lot of lag in servers with a low/limited bandwith. In fact it was just looking for updates every time a player joins, even if it was disabled. Now updates are checked every 6 hours, indipendently by player joins, and stored in a local variable, to allow the player to instantly access it, without the need to wait for it to be checked. Also, if you ran /spawn or /worldtp commands in console, it was just showing up an error. Now this is gone. Thank you guys for reporting. Without you I would never have found these problems my own. You're always helping me to make this plugin better, and I love it. Thank you

  16. 6.0Different World Spawn!Dec 18, 2016
Yep, finally this update came out. Now, you can simply write /setspawn <world> to set your current position as the spawn for another world. You can also write /spawn <world> to get teleported to any world's spawn. Plus, I've added some extra functions in the Updater, like a changelog and a severity marker. That's all for this update, but it took me long time to write the code, so forgive me if you had to wait so long. Thanks very much for your constant support!

  17. 5.2Completely Renewed Updater and Bug Fixes!Dec 17, 2016
Hi guys! I finally made the Updater work again! There was a problem with Bukkit: in fact, they made a whole new system for their website, so the updater was still searching for the old system, resulting in an incongruence. With HubThat 5.2, the updates are handled by a whole new dedicated server. None of your information is stored, there's just the current HubThat version to be compared to your running one. Plus, I fixed some little bugs I found my own and optimized a bit of the code. In one of the next updates, I'm going to finally add the possibility to set a spawn from a world, to another one. It's still possible, nowadays, to edit some yml files, coordinates and world names to make this happen, without the need of waiting the next update, but it's a bit tricky so I reccomend you to wait for the update to come. Thanks for reporting me problems!

  18. 5.0Help and Reload commands, new config options!Sep 29, 2016
In this update i just added a few more commands: · /hubthat help: it shows you every possible HubThat command. · /hubthat reload: it reloads the config, in case of a change, without the need to restart the server. its permission is hubthat.reloadconfig. Also, I added a new config option, called tp-hub-on-join. I reccomend this for non-survival servers, like minigame ones. Pratically, when a player joins, if this setting is enabled, he gets teleported to the hub. Else, the spawn location should be the same as when he left the server. And finally, a new bug fix came out. There was a bug that used to teleport players two times in the same location, taking more cpu usage from server, and making /back essentials command useless. Now everything is working perfectly! Thank you guys for your support, and for all your suggestions and bug reports!

  26. 2.5A LOT OF Bug Fixes!Jan 12, 2015
With this update i rewrited ALL the multi-spawn part of the code. It's not 100% compatible with 2.0 (or older versions), but you can fix the compatibility. Simply go to a world's spawn and retype /setspawn. It will update that spawn to the current version. I reccomend to upgrade your plugin to this version. I fixed A LOT OF (all the?) bugs, and i also improved security by exactly rewriting the code of the spawn. This version (as the others) is compatible from minecraft 1.7.2 to 1.8.1. I have not tested it with 1.6, but it should work. Thanks for the support!
