OVERVIEW
Hugs is a very simple plugin that allows users to send hugs to one
another. The sender and recipient will both get a message about the hug
and a heart particle will appear above both players’ heads! A super simple
yet still fun and efficient plugin - spread the love and hug your friends!
COMMANDS & PERMISSIONS
/hug <username> - Allows the user to hug another player.
hugs.use - Allows the user to use the /hug command.
