-fixed timer -fixed that if a player leaves the game they were removed from the team

-fixed when having blind on join only lasting 60 seconds -moved all events to separate classes

-added perms(HvsP.Settings)(HvsP.Setup) -added checks if the timer was set to negative -Changed TpTo (command will now Teleport to Player mentioned instead of bringing up GUI) -You can now deactivate the timer if you put 0

-fixed countdown going backwards
