Permissions:
- hyperbans.use | Use /ban, /tempban, /unban
- hyperbans.use.info | Use /baninfo
- hyperbans.viewip | Use /viewip, also shows user ip in /baninfo
- hyperbans.bypass | Prevent from being banned and having ip viewed
