IChat is a plugin made by xXXIMMATTHEWXXx with server owners in mind.

IChat is a fully features plugin that allows you to customize your servers chat as well as moderate it. The features are listed below:

/broadcast broadcast a message
/clear chat clears chat

Perms

ichat.broadcast: broadcast a message
ichat.recievebroadcast: If enabled, only players with this will receive a broadcast message.
ichat.clearchat: Clear the chat
ichat.clearchat.ignore: Ignore a chat clear
ichat.color: Allow a player to color their chat
